Please note that the following unit standards need to be completed before you are able to register for the Instructors course (unit standards relevant to the firearms you wish to become an instructor in):

LEARNER INSTRUCTORS COURSE:
UNIT STANDARD 123520 – SUPERVISE FIREARM TRAINING
The course date has not been scheduled as yet. Please bear in mind that 1 additional day must be kept in mind, for reassessment and other matters that may need to be discussed or dealt with.
The course is internationally recognized and is accredited locally by PSIRA and we are SASSETA accredited. We also guarantee recognition (RPL) with this qualification for any further accreditations that may be required in South Africa.

Course Content: This course is constituted of the four foundational unit standards of the close protection syllabus, this course is ideal for the students who needs to start working towards the CPO Skills program but has limited time and/or funds. This foundational course is the starting blocks towards the Skills program and alone does not allow one to register as a Close Protection Officer, this requires a further 6 shorter Unit Standards which can be undertaken part time through Dynamic Alternatives.
